Welcome Classic Chevy Fans. Gem City Classics is a fun and entertaining car club located in the Dayton, Ohio area. Our members are from all areas as far south as Lebanon, Ohio to Tipp City, Ohio.
"Gem City Classics" is a Chevrolet car club. It was formed in 1975 and is a member club of Classic Chevy International. The idea of the club was , of course, the preservation and restoration of of all models and styles of '55-'56-'57 Chevrolets, as well as driving them and having fun together. Since the club began "Gem City Classics" has grown to also embrace the restoration and preservation of all Chevrolets. Today the club has members owning a wide variety of Chevrolets including Corvettes, Nomads, Camaros, Hardtops, Sedans and Trucks. The members cars cover a wide spectrum of classifications including stock original, modified, custom, street racer and "modified original". Some members don't have a classic car but just enjoy the members and have a love for the classics. Club members attend many car shows, cruise-ins and get togethers throughout the year.
